Marketing Programs Manager
At Definity, a leading technology company focused on AI-driven solutions and digital transformation, we are continuously expanding our team to support innovative, high-impact projects. We are seeking a Marketing Programs Manager. This is a on-site position based in Monterrey, Mexico.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B demand generation, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or content marketing experience, ideally in technology, consulting, or digital services.
- Professional fluency in both English & Spanish, with strong writing and storytelling skills in both languages.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Comfortable using data to evaluate performance and guide decision-making.
- Experience partnering closely with enterprise sales teams, with a proven track record of driving pipeline generation in enterprise or complex sales environments.
- Strong writer and editor who can package customer proof clearly and quickly.
- Ability to contribute to marketing planning while executing programs hands-on.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong curiosity about emerging AI technologies and how they can improve marketing effectiveness.
Main Activities
- Design and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across digital, events, content, PR, partner marketing, and outbound initiatives.
- Lead Account-Based Marketing programs for strategic accounts.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize using data and customer insights.
- Track marketing contribution to pipeline, MQLs, SQLs, influenced revenue, and campaign ROI.
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and project timelines.
- Develop customer lifecycle marketing programs that support adoption, engagement, expansion, and advocacy.
- Manage customer newsletters, webinars, executive programs, and customer events.
- Build customer reference, testimonial, and case study programs.
- Develop customer success stories, executive-ready business reviews, ROI stories, and proof points.
- Create messaging and collateral supporting demand generation, sales enablement, customer marketing, and expansion initiatives.
- Ensure all customer-facing content reinforces Definity's positioning and brand voice.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
