We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager.This is a 100% on-site position based in Monterrey, Mexico.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Service Delivery Manager or similar role.
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects from inception to completion.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, GitHub, and Azure Pipelines.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools.
• Experience managing software development projects and Microsoft-based technology solutions.
• Experience leveraging AI for process automation, reporting, and operational decision-making is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Advanced English 
• Visa and availability to travel as required.

Main Activities

• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.
• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Explore and integrate AI-based tools to improve delivery workflows, automate reporting, and enhance team productivity.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and management.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field.
