We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team at Definity, a leading technology company focused on AI-driven solutions and digital transformation. As we continue expanding to support innovative, high-impact projects, we are seeking someone who can ensure the quality and reliability of our applications through automated testing solutions.

This is a 100% remote opportunity open to candidates across LATAM.

Requirements  

• 3+ years of experience in QA engineering with a focus on test automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with automation frameworks Playwright required (Selenium, Cypress, or similar are a plus)
• Experience with programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C#
• Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools)
• Hands-on experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar)
• Solid understanding of test design techniques, QA methodologies, and SDLC
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Advanced English

• Experience with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of performance testing and related tools (JMeter, Gatling).
• ISTQB or similar QA certifications.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for web and/or mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and manual QA engineers to define test strategies and ensure test coverage.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects in a clear and concise manner.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback on automation strategies, and ensure adherence to QA best practices.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for efficient and scalable test execution.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance product quality.

Education

• Computer Science/Information Technology Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
